Live streaming & virtual events

Bring everyone
into the moment.

The energy in the room. The story on the stage. Live production that brings your event to people wherever they are.

Give distance a smaller role

The room is only
the beginning.

A supporter who can’t travel. A team spread across cities. A community waiting for an important announcement.

They deserve a clear view, a voice they can hear, and a reason to stay. We help shape the production around the people you want to reach, from the first welcome to the final thought.

01 / From the venue

Live broadcasts.

Let people watch the moment as it unfolds. Build the coverage around your speakers, program and the details that make the event worth sharing.

For announcements, presentations, celebrations & community events

02 / Across the distance

Virtual events.

Give an online gathering a considered flow. Bring presentations, conversations and planned video together so the audience can follow the story.

For conversations, learning sessions & distributed teams

03 / Both together

Hybrid experiences.

Think about both sides of the screen. Plan how the people in the room and the people joining remotely will see, hear and take part.

For conferences, organizational updates & fundraising events

A production with a purpose

Your audience
should feel included.

A good event has a story. The production choices should help people follow it.

  • 01

    Make the message clear.

Plan camera coverage, sound and presentation content around what viewers need to see and hear.

  • 02

    Give the program a rhythm.

Work through speaker handoffs, introductions, planned videos and audience questions before the event begins.

  • 03

    Connect the moving parts.

Coordinate the production plan with your team, venue and chosen platform, including remote contributions where needed.

Before. During. After.

The moment is live.
The plan comes first.

We work through the details with you so the event has a clear direction and everyone knows their part.

  1. 01 / Set the direction

    Start with people.

Define the audience, purpose, date, venue and format. Agree on what you want people to understand or do.

  2. 02 / Prepare the program

    Build the run of show.

Map the speakers, timings, presentation assets and handoffs. Review platform access, venue connectivity and rehearsal needs.

  3. 03 / Bring it together

    Produce the moment.

Bring the agreed coverage and program to the screen, coordinating with your event team as the story unfolds.

  4. 04 / Give it another life

    Keep it working.

Prepare the recordings, edits or highlights in your plan, ready for people to revisit and share.

When the event ends

Keep the
conversation going.

The keynote worth revisiting. The answer someone needed to hear. The moment that explains your mission.

Plan for a replay, a highlight film or shorter clips from the start. Your event can become content for your website, social channels and next newsletter.

Give the story somewhere to go

One event. More stories.

The moment
has more to give.
  • Revisit.A full event replay
  • Relive.A focused highlight film
  • Share.Clips for your channels

Recordings, edits, captions and delivery timing are agreed in your production scope.

A few practical details

Before we
go live.

What should we share to get started?

Your event date, location, audience, expected program length and whether people will join in person, online or both. A rough agenda and any platform or venue requirements are helpful, too.

Can we use our existing event platform?

Tell us what you’re using. We’ll review the platform, account access, technical requirements and venue connection as part of the production plan.

Can the event become a replay or shorter videos?

Yes—recordings and follow-up edits can be part of the project. We’ll agree on the versions, permissions, captions, review process and delivery schedule before production.

What determines the production scope?

The venue, duration, number of speakers and locations, camera and audio needs, remote participation and deliverables all shape the plan. Share what you have in mind and we’ll talk through the right approach.

Let’s bring people together
